ELIZA is a natural language program described by Joseph Weizenbaum in January 1966 and programmed for IBM PC in 1972. It features the dialog between a human user and a computer program representing a mock Rogerian psychotherapist.
This version of the program was transcribed to JavaScript in 2005 by
N. Landsteiner and implemented by Kestral Gaian in 2022 for LIS.
